EDITORIAL DISPATCH AGREEMENT // DATED SCHEDULE

Editorial retainer rules and matchday production terms govern every Austin assignment.

Soccer coverage operates against clock deadlines, referee incident logs, weather cancellations, and stadium broadcast limits. These terms define how field shoots run, how intellectual property transfers, and how quotes convert to executed club retainers.

Effective Date 2026-10-16
Weather Delay Notice 3 Hours Pre-Kick
Retainer Term 6 Months Min
Inquiry Window 5 Business Days
CLOCK 01 // 2026-10-16

Effective Date and Version History

These Terms of Service and Retainer Rules take effect on October 16, 2026. They supersede every informal email memorandum, touchline verbal agreement, or promotional collateral previously circulated by Penalnaro.

All editorial packages, pitchside matchday shoots, vertical video reel orders, and squad roster calendar deployments booked after this date operate strictly under this schedule.

CLOCK 02 // LEGAL ENTITY

Who These Terms Are With

This agreement is established directly with Penalnaro, trading at penalnaro.com, an independent sports content studio and soccer editorial desk registered in the State of Texas, United States.

Our physical editorial office and dispatch desk is situated at 701 West Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas 78704, Austin, Texas, United States. Desk phone inquiries route through +1 (562) 555-8793, and official operational notices are received at office@penalnaro.com. The studio operates under the editorial direction of Elena Petrova, active in club media and soccer journalism since 2021.

CLOCK 03 // DISPATCH SCOPE

Editorial Retainer Scope and Sideline Boundaries

Penalnaro operates a specialized athletic newsroom. We produce matchday written copy, fixture announcements, player profiles, sideline telephoto action photography, vertical 9:16 short-form video reels, and tournament landing pages for competitive soccer clubs, youth development academies, and regional tournament directors.

We do not provide non-sports corporate marketing, wedding videography, speculative spec work, or volunteer social moderation. Sideline photographers and gimbal operators require valid touchline credentials issued by the host club, referee association, or venue coordinator. Penalnaro does not enter the field of play during live action and respects all technical area boundaries marked by match officials.

CLOCK 04 // INQUIRY CONVERSION

Inquiry-Only Portal and Non-Binding Estimates

No contract, order, or purchase is executed automatically through this website. Penalnaro provides no shopping cart, no checkout gateway, and no payment card entry form.

All prices and service figures shown across penalnaro.com represent estimated unit baselines and typical historical rates. A figure displayed on a catalogue page is an invitation to treat, never a binding quote or binding retainer commitment. An inquiry submitted via pifuada.php or kane100.php initiates a fixture availability check. An engagement becomes an enforceable booking only when both parties execute a separate, countersigned Written Production Agreement specifying pitch venues, squad lists, insurance indemnifications, and deposit terms.

CLOCK 05 // FEE SCHEDULE

Fee Structures, Unit Currencies, and Quote Factors

All rates are stated and billed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Penalnaro structures service pricing strictly around the confirmed operator figures:

  • Editorial & Content Package (Hourly Desk): 150–300 USD per hour.
  • Mini Photo/Video Shoot: 500 USD per 2-hour session.
  • Vertical Video Reel: 444 USD per finished vertical package.
  • Half-Day Shoot: 555 USD per half-day (4 continuous pitchside hours).
  • Editing & Post-Production: 150 USD per hour billed against logged timecodes.
  • Monthly Retainer Content Package (2–3 Posts/Wk): 3000–7500 USD per month with a strict minimum contract term of 6 months, allocating 8 to 18 studio credits monthly.

What a final customized quote depends on: total volume of match recaps and landing pages; publication frequency; whether the assignment requires pitchside camera crews or copy-only editorial desk work; the complexity of motion graphics and color grading in post-production; emergency whistle turnaround times (under 4 hours); and overall contract length.

CLOCK 06 // CODE OF CONDUCT

Acceptable Use of Editorial Assets and Digital Portals

Visitors and club representatives accessing penalnaro.com agree not to submit fraudulent match dates, spoof IP addresses, transmit automated scraping bots against tournament fixtures, or inject malicious payloads into inquiry forms.

Raw video feeds, matchday gallery proofs, and unpublished editorial drafts shared via private client review links must not be distributed to third-party sports syndicates, betting syndicates, or commercial advertisers without prior written authorization from Elena Petrova.

CLOCK 07 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property and Matchday Licensing

Penalnaro retains sole and exclusive authorship and copyright over all master video footage, high-frame-rate raw camera clips, raw photographic sensor files, sound recordings, and proprietary editorial designs published on or produced through this website.

Upon payment in full of applicable invoice balances, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, broadcast, and reproduce the finished deliverables (such as vertical reels, recap articles, and social graphics) for official club promotion, academy player recruitment, and local team marketing. Raw project archives, project timeline project files (.prproj/.drp), and unedited B-roll footage remain the exclusive property of Penalnaro unless explicitly transferred under a negotiated buy-out addendum.

CLOCK 08 // WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Match Outcomes, Weather Cancellations, and Service Disclaimers

This website, its sports editorial content, fixture previews, and tactical assessments are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Penalnaro makes no representation or guarantee regarding athletic victory, college scout recruitment results, player athletic scholarships, or tournament qualification stemming from published editorial content or reels. In outdoor soccer environments, pitchside operations remain contingent upon referee decisions and venue safety guidelines. Where games are suspended due to lightning strikes, severe convective storms, unplayable turf, or official cancellations, Penalnaro reschedules field camera operators pursuant to our weather policy without liability for forfeited game results.

CLOCK 09 // DAMAGES LIMITATION

Limitation of Studio Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Texas law, Penalnaro, its principal editor Elena Petrova, camera operators, and editorial contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost club sponsorship revenue, parent association disputes, referee sanctions, or forfeited tournament qualification.

In all circumstances, the aggregate financial liability of Penalnaro arising from or connected to any pitchside shoot, monthly retainer, or website interaction shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid by the client to Penalnaro for the specific matchday assignment or monthly service period at issue.

CLOCK 10 // TERMINATION

Contract Termination, Refusal, and Retainer Cancellations

Penalnaro maintains an absolute right to refuse or immediately terminate access to our editorial desk, website services, or pitchside camera assignments if a club, coach, or spectator demonstrates verbal abuse, physical hostility, or unsportsmanlike intimidation toward our sideline camera personnel or match officials.

For monthly retainer contracts, clients may terminate their agreement at the conclusion of the mandatory 6-month base commitment by providing 30 days written notice to office@penalnaro.com. Unused monthly production credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over past the 6-month seasonal agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing by Elena Petrova.

CLOCK 11 // JURISDICTION

Governing Law and Austin Texas Jurisdiction

These terms, along with all associated production agreements, editorial scopes, and online inquiries, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or our sports media services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas. Both parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

CLOCK 12 // AMENDMENT PROTOCOL
